Added a new chart on the homepage showing the history of the top comps based on the filters you select.

class colors for charts

I finally updated the charts to use class colors, sorry for the annoyance and delay of not doing that sooner. Don't miss priest hiding up top in white ;p

I'd also like to thank Ming for mentioning on his site (World of Ming Meets Hydramist), much appreciated.

Edit: Just expanded the charts to show 30 days worth of data.

Playing with charts

As you can see I started playing with charting. I'm hoping to allow you to filter chart data just like you can with the statistics above, but for now I just wanted to get some simple charts out.

I'm also looking forward to letting you add specific comps to a chart so you can plot the progress of whatever comps you choose.

Thanks for visiting the site as usual and if you have any other feedback/suggestions/whatever let me know,

Thanks! and finally...

I want to start off by thanking everyone who has come to check out the site. It's only been a couple weeks but the visits to the site have really started to pick up, and I have you guys to thank for that.

Ok, no more sappy stuff! Promise! I haven't had as much time as of late to get working on the site but I'm looking to change that soon. I'm finally sitting down to begin adding features to the site. I'd like to introduce forums for sure, extended statistics and breakdowns as well as historical charts etc.

I'd like to turn arenastats into a community of arena players who are all looking to discuss the game, class and comp strategy, etc. so the first step is going to be adding forums to the site. I'm torn with whether or not to use your typical style forum or to mix it up a little and try something a little more unique. By unique, I mean potentially eliminating the concept of "forums" and using tags to describe threads and posts, so people can just find any thread they want in any "forum" just by searching for a particular tag. The main reason for this approach is I'd like to be able to provide forums to discuss every particular comp that may be out there, and creating a "forum" for each comp could result in thousands ;p no one wants that.

If you'd like to offer suggestions or provide any sort of feedback/ask questions etc feel free to just drop me an email for now at

And oh yea, almost forgot, I'll work on an actual site layout! Thanks for dealing with the black on white look in the meantime :)
